ST. CATHERINE OF SIENA, “A WOMAN OF OUR TIMES, April 17th at 7:30 p.m.
Sister Nancy Murray, O.P., renowned for her one-woman performance as St. Catherine of Siena, will be appearing one night only at Our Lady of the Mount Church on Saturday, April 17th, at 7:30 p.m. Talent certainly runs in the family, as Sister Nancy is the “sister” of comedian Bill Murray.
Sister Nancy has been performing to capacity crowds both nationally and internationally, including Rome, in her role as St. Catherine. She brings to life the rebellious adolescent child, and shows the humor and feisty personality that was St. Catherine.
Pope Pius XII named Catherine a Patron Saint of Italy, Pope Paul VI gave her the title of Doctor of the Church, and Pope John Paul II made her one of Europe’s patron saints.
Do not miss the opportunity to see this amazing performance! Tickets are available and will be sold after Masses or you can stop by the parish office.
For more information, please call Our Lady of the Mount Parish Office at (908) 647-1075.
