Baptism
For the Baptism of an infant or child, parents should contact Sharron Kaiser, at the Parish office, (908) 647-3224. Sharron will help you schedule a date, and the priest or deacon who will be performing the baptism will contact you to arrange for a pre-baptism class. Baptisms are celebrated the first and third Sunday of each month at 12:45.
Any adult who desires to be baptized or receive any of the other Sacraments of Initiation (First Eucharist and Confirmation) should call the Parish Office at 908-647-1075 and Sylvia will put you in contact with John Tobin, who runs the R.C.I.A. (Right of Christian Initiation for Adults) program at our church. This is a small group process by which a person inquires into becoming a Catholic, and may receive the Sacraments of Initiation, namely Baptism, First Eucharist, and Confirmation, followed by continuous growth in faith.
